私たちは「物語ること＝ストーリーテリング」によって、自分の経験を聞き手と共有するとともに、自分自身の人生の出来事についての理解を深めます。嬉しかった、悲しかったなどと表現することで、その出来事を振り返ることができるからです。

「ハロー・ゴア・奈良」ワークショップ開催 Hallo Goa Nara Workshop Held

奈良大学社会学部研修旅行の参加者とゴア大学社会学科の学生がインターナシ
ョナル・センター・ゴア（ICG）に集まり、9月6日（土）に文化交流ワークシ
ョップ「ハロー・ゴア・奈良 Hallo Goa Nara」が開催されました。奈良側の
参加者は13名、ゴア側の参加者は学生が10名、その他3名の合計26名でした。

当日のプログラムは、以下のように行われました。

10:30-10:40　
ティクリー・セレモニー Tikli Ceremony

※ゴア大学の学生による歓迎セレモニー

10:40-10:45　
ナヴリシュカが日本語で話してみる
Navrishka Goes Japanese

※南アフリカからの交換留学生、ナヴリシュカによる日本語での歓迎の言葉。

10:45-11:00
私の名前を書いてください Write My Name

※ゴア側、奈良側の参加者が二人ひと組になって、ローマ字、平仮名、デーヴァナーガリー文字でお互いの名札をつくる。

11:00-11:15
お茶の時間　Tea Time

11:15-12:15
ピカソのように　Playing Picasso

※ゴアの画家 ヴィラージ・カルニクさん（Viraj Karnik）の指導による共同ペインティング

12:15-13:00
シャル・ウィ・ダンス？ Shall We Dance?

※インド映画の音楽と日本のポップ音楽に合わせての踊り。

13:00-14:30
お箸と指で（昼食） With Chopsticks and Fingers (Lunch)

※日本側の参加者がお箸での食べ方を、インド側の参加者は手を使っての食べ方をお互いのパートナーに教えました。

14:30-15:30
奈良から愛をこめて With Love from Nara

※参加者みんなで折り紙を楽しみました。

15:30-16:00
プレゼント交換と終わりの挨拶　Exchange of Gifts and

16:00-16:30
あなたの今日の経験を書いてください Write your experiences

ワークショップ第1部の文化交流プログラム終了後には、当日の経験を
デジタル・ストーリーテリング（Digital Storytellin＝DST）の手法
を使ってまとめました。DSTについては、改めて報告します。

Hallo Goa Nara Workshop Held

"Hallo Goa Nara" workshop was held on 6 September, 2008 at
the International Centre, Goa (ICG). 26 participants enjoyed
various cultural exchange programs (13 of Nara University study trip
group, ten students from the Dept. of Sociology, Goa University,
Mr. Alito Siqueira (Lecturer of Goa Univ.), Mr. Gasper D'Souza
(multimedia journalist), and Ms. Viraj Karnik (painter)).

The detailed progarams are as follow:

10:30-10:40　Tikli Ceremony

Welcome ceremony was conducted by Goa University students.


10:40-10:45　Navrishka Goes Japanese

Navrishka, exchange student from South Africa, welcomed Japanese
participants in Japanese!


10:45-11:00 Write My Name

Participants from Goa and Nara were paired up. They taught each
other how to write their name in Japanese and Indian scripts
(HIRAGANA and DEVANAGARI).


11:00-11:15 Tea Time


11:15-12:15 Playing Picasso

All participants did their own drawing under the guidance of
Ms. Viraj Karnik. Very colourful!!


12:15-13:00 Shall We Dance?

We all danced to Hindi film music and Japanese pop music. What a fun!!


13:00-14:30 With Chopsticks and Fingers (Lunch)

Japanese participants taught their Indian partner how to
eat with chopsticks. Indianpartners taught their Japanese
partners how to eat with fingers. Struggles and lot of fun.


14:30-15:30 With Love from Nara

Everybody enjoyed "ORIGAMI", folding papers! Colourful
world!


15:30-16:00 Exchange of Gifts and Concluding the workshop


16:00-16:30 Write your experiences

The above cultural exchange programs were the first part of
"Hallo Goa Nara"workshop, followed by the second part,
introductory session of "DigitalStory telling" for Japanese
students.
